Second Party Audit
A second-party audit is when a company performs an audit of a supplier to ensure that they are meeting the requirements specified in the contract. These audits may include verification of the Food Safety Management System applied by the supplier and this is to ensure the safety of the products delivered by the supplier.
In certain cases, maintaining ISO certificates by some suppliers through third party auditing body is not sufficient to ensure that the supplier is committed to food safety standards. Clients in this case prefer to ensure commitment themselves and that’s when AHDO is well known for a non-bias professional second party audits that enable clients to get actual and valid assessment about their suppliers.
AHDO Second Party Audit Report includes a conclusion to judge the commitment of the supplier’s commitment and thus enables the clients to take the right decision accordingly.
